Der Mx. Kotti Pageant ist ein jährlicher queerer Bühnen-Wettbewerb in Berlin für Drag Queens, Drag Kings & Things, Burlesque und anverwandte queere Bühnenküste. Es treten in Regel sechs bis acht Künstler*innen gegeneinander an in den Kategorien Swimwear, Performance und Abendgarderobe. Eine jedes Jahr von der Veranstalterin und Gastgeberin Pansy neu besetzte Jury verteilt Punkte und kürt auf diese Weise den*die Sieger*in. Auch die zweitplatzierten werden bedacht und die "Mx. Congeniality" für eine Wettbewerberin, die sich durch ihr unterstützendes Verhalten positiv hervorgetan hat.
